President Litokwa Tomeing and Minister-in-Assistance presented a check in support of the Marshall Islands Rugby Club (MIRC). The Marshall Islands Rugby Club will leave for Guam this week to compete in the True GRIT Guam Rugby Invitational Tournament held March 1st and 2nd. Last year the rugby club came in second and this year the rugby club is going all the way for first place.
