March 28, 2008 -- WASHINGTON, DC – On March 26, 2008, a group of high school students from the Marshall Islands visited the RMI Embassy to the United States as part of this year’s annual week-long “Close-up Program”. RMI Government dismayed by abrupt USAKA Reduction in Force - 03-04-2008

Barely 50 days have passed since the new government settled into its first term of office when it was given notice by the United States of a USAKA Transformation scheme which will have direct and immediate adverse impact on Marshallese employees in Kwajalein Atoll.
